Code of Conduct
BOURBON FRIDAY EVENT GUIDELINES
We’re here to keep this a comfortable and safe place for all. To support the Bourbon Friday’s mission to share our stories and struggles and to build a true downtown Startup community, The Bourbon Friday partners reserve the right to dis-invite and remove any individual that its partners feels, in their sole judgment, detracts from achieving its mission or infringes on our Code of Conduct. Further, if an attendee promotes violence or hatred, a Bourbon Friday partner will warn them about their behavior. Ideally, we want that person to recognize the impact of their actions and follow that up with clear behavioral changes. If there is a second strike, we will remove that person from the event. Certain egregious violations – such as threatening harm toward another member or harassing another member – may result in removal without a warning. The event partners reserve the right to make that judgement without discussion if needed.
